IMPORTANT PATIENT MESSAGE
Welcome to Hillcrest Surgery
Please be aware that we are moving to a new clinical computer system. The move will take place between 16th – 26th November, this is called the migration period. Unfortunately during this period patients will be unable to use the Patient Access online access facility.
This will not affect your registration as a patient with this surgery, as your current medical record will be automatically transferred to our new system which is called SystmOne.
If you are currently registered for online access with Patient Access we will need your permission to activate your details on the new online system, SystmOne Online. If you would like us to activate your account please email Modality.email@example.com using the subject Online Access.
In your email please confirm your full name, date of birth and Patient Access user name. Your new log in details and instructions on how to use SystmOne Online will be emailed back to you after the migration period.
Should you prefer to activate your account in person, or register for online access for the first time, please visit your surgery after 27th November 2018 with a copy of this email, which can be shown on your mobile device, and our Patient Services Assistants will be pleased to help you. Please note that if you have not previously been registered for online access for appointment booking and prescription requests please bring along photo ID and a proof of your address.
During the migration period we will have limited access to the clinical system. If your repeat prescription will be due within this time please request it earlier than normal to ensure it is processed.
Both the surgery and our telephone lines will remain open to you during normal opening hours and we will be providing as near a normal service as possible. Please bear with us as staff and clinicians are getting used to the new system.
