Important Patient Information
We are pleased to announce that Bellevue Medical Centre and Modality Attwood Green formerly merged on 1 December 2018.
All patients are now registered with Bellevue Medical Centre, and Modality Attwood Green has become a branch surgery. You can be seen by one of our doctors, nurses and other clinicians at either location.
You will soon notice some changes to our opening hours as we move our surgery times to better meet patients’ needs, offering both face to face and telephone consultations.
Appointments will be available mornings at Modality Attwood Green and all day at Bellevue Medical Centre. We also offer evening and weekend appointments.
New clinical computer system at your GP practice
Over the past month all of our local Practices have migrated to a new clinical computer system called SystmOne.
This has been a major change for your Practice team and we would ask for your help, support and understanding over the next few weeks.
We will all be moving at a slightly slower pace to ensure we continue to offer a safe service as we work with the new system and transfer all of the letters and important information we had to manually process during the migration period.
At this time, we would ask that you work with our staff as they get used to a better clinical computer system with greater functionality.
We are sorry if you have experienced any delays or problems accessing online services whilst we have been changing our system.
I always used to have online access to book appointments and request repeat prescriptions. What do I need to do to carry on doing this?
If you had access to the Patient Access system and you wish to continue using online services please call into the surgery in person for your log in details for ‘systmonline’.
I have already requested log in details by email, when will I receive them?
We are working through all of the requests received by email as quickly as possible. This involves us manually creating new log in details for patients who previously had a Patient Access account.
If you need access to the new system urgently and have not yet received your log in details please ask at the reception desk for this to be done while you are there.
I would like online access but have not used it before. How do I register?
To register for online access for the first time, please visit your surgery and our Patient Services Assistants will be pleased to help you. Please bring photo ID (passport or driving license) and proof of your address.
