Diadem Medical Practice is a large teaching practice, serving residents in the Bilton Grange and East Hull area.
Based in purpose built premises on the ground floor of Bilton Grange Health Centre, our comfortable and modern waiting room has a children's seating area, baby changing facilities and accessible toilets.
There is a lift to the first floor where community clinics are held.

Home visits are only for those too ill to attend the surgery.
Requests should be made before 10am Monday to Friday.
If you consider that a visit is urgent, please make this known to the Receptionist.
Our GPs may ask a member of our Home Visiting Team to visit you. The team is made up of health professionals who will assess you on behalf of the GPs.
You can book appointments, order repeat medication and view your record online with SystmOnline
To register bring a photo ID and two pieces of ID proving your address.
If you are tired of coming in to collect your prescription, register for EPS at the chemist you use to get your medication.
Diadem Medical Practice closes once a month in the afternoon to allow our staff to partake in training. This is a valuable way of ensuring that all our staff are up to date with the very latest in healthcare.

If you require medical help during the times our practice is closed for training please call 111 or in case of emergency call 999
If your Doctor feels you need a blood test we will arrange this with one of our nurses.
We hold regular clinics to monitor people with high blood pressure
Our Practice Nurses run regular clinics for a range of conditions. We will contact you and invite you to attend
For woman in the national target group - you will be invited in for a smear with one of our nurses.
We can provide this service but you must contact us well in advance of travelling. You will have to be assessed by our nurses who may have to order in additional vaccines for you.
Another appointment may then be required to give the vaccinations, some of which may incur a charge. The nurse will advise you.
We provide a full range of immunisations in accordance with the UK Childhood Immunisation schedule
We also provide a range of NHS vaccinations for adults including

Meningitis ACWY
Pertussis (Whooping Cough) for pregnant women
We make arrangements for Citizens Advice to use rooms in our building
We will take care of you and your baby in the period leading up to the delivery of your baby
We provide a full range of family planning services including Long Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC)

We provide the national 6 - 8 week Child Health Check for babies.
We provide the full range of childhood immunisations as per the national child immunisation schedule
If you are aged between 40 and 74 we can offer you a check to assess if you are at risk of heart problems and diabetes. We will also give advice on how to live a healthier lifestyle.
