Modality Partnership Hull

Welcome to our new surgery website

To improve our call handling time, in line with patient feedback, from Monday 24th February we are operating a new system, where most requests for a GP or Clinical Practitioner appointment or clinical advice are triaged by a Duty Doctor.

To request a GP or Clinical Practitioner appointment or for clinical advice, our care navigation team will be asking a number of triage questions that will be sent to the Duty Doctor. You will then receive a call back to advise of an appointment, signpost to an alternative service or advice to take over the counter medication.

To make the system fair for all patients, our reception staff are not able to book every appointment with a GP directly and no one way of contacting us (telephone/in-person/online) is any quicker than another.
